The United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) working group in Cabo Verde on the pillar on Sustainable Development of Human Capital 'People', coordinated by the World Health Organization (WHO), identified Universal Health Coverage (UHC) as a Strategic Programmatic Area until 2022.
